How do I order?

For first time shoppers there is no need to register an account. You can shop as a guest.

Can I return an item?

We at shopdesire1709 maintain a return policy for goods received within 48hours of delivery. Goods must be in perfect condition; unused, unwashed and all tags properly in place. Goods returned are exchanged for store credits only .

If you choose to collect your Order from Desire1709 stores then the cost of your Order will just be the price of the Products ordered.  

If you choose to have your Order delivered to an alternative address then the cost of your Order will be the price of the Products ordered plus the appropriate delivery charge. Please note that all prices on the Shopdesire1709 Website are NOT NEGOTIABLE. 

By notifying You, We shall be entitled to cancel any Contract in whole or in part to the extent that it is for the purchase of a Product the price of which was stated incorrectly on the Website

Why might my card be refused?

Is it safe for me to use my card on this website?
